Oceans @UBC is a virtual cluster that unites researchers across departments at UBC. It provides a way to navigate the wealth of knowledge about the world’s oceans that is being produced at UBC. Oceans @UBC also makes it simple to connect with researchers based on their interests rather than their departments, promoting connections among researchers as well as between students and professors. Researchers are grouped based on the major themes in their research: Biodiversity, Biology, Chemistry, Climate, Conservation, Ecology, Fisheries, Oceanography, Physics, and Society.
